Feedback
Fair Play is after your views on the way that the current children’s hospice funding system works. The Government announced a new system which places patients and their families at the centre of services in February. This means that the NHS and hospices should be working to ensure that the services they offer are the best ones for each patient and their own situation, and that care is provided at a time and place suitable to you and your family.
Fair Play has been asked to take part in a new group which is looking at how hospice services and the NHS look after patients and their families who use children’s hospices. This group is called the National Oversight Group and is part of the Department of Health. By providing your feedback on the service that you have received, you will give Fair Play the information needed to stand up for people who use children’s hospices.
We’re looking for both good and bad feedback, as we want to be able to show the parts of the system that work as well as the parts that don’t.
Please fill in the form below with your experiences.
All information will be kept entirely confidential and anonymous when used in feedback. No details will be passed on to third parties.
